First Epidemic-Themed VR Documentary. “One More Minute” is the title of the Chinese VR Documentary, shot by 124 people from China’s 32 provinces and regions. The documentary was shortlisted for the “Virtual Reality” line-up at the Venice International Film Festival (CGTN)

Birmingham’s Royal Ballet’s Cinderella, Online. The digital premiere will be on 25 August, and the show can be watched for seven days. (Theater News)

Art Gallery Goes Public! Art Island will open in Las Vegas in September as part of Area15, an immersive arts and music entertainment complex. The organisers plan to present and sell large-scale artworks present usually in dessert festivals. (The Art Newspaper) 

Jewellery Facemasks. Facemask with detachable chains plated in silver and gold is the proposal of Saskia Diez. The German designer said that she hopes the designs will make the device feel “less medical” (DesignBoom)

Contemporary African Art Fair, Not Cancelled. The 1:54 fair will run as planned between 8-10 October in London, but with fewer exhibitors. Only between 25 to 30 galleries wil be invited. (The Art Newspaper)
